Make Show LabTerms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Make Show Lab LLC (“Make Show Lab”, “we”, “us”) for the use of makeshowlab.com and the Make Show Lab course. By buying or using the course, you agree to them.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child who takes the course with you. Children use the course under your supervision.
Your access
When you buy the course, you get a personal license to watch the lessons and use the materials with your own family. Please don’t share your login, resell, copy or publish the course materials.
Payments
Prices are one-time payments in US dollars, shown on the site at checkout. There is no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refunds
The first lesson is free so you can try the course before buying. Because the course is delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you can’t access the course because of a technical problem we can’t fix, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Homework review
With the Creator + Homework plan, Anna reviews homework that you submit and replies with feedback. We aim to reply on the same day; occasionally it may take longer.
Third-party AI tools
The course shows how to use AI services run by other companies. Those services have their own terms, pricing and age requirements, and some require an adult account. You are responsible for creating and supervising any accounts, and for following those services’ terms. We are not responsible for the availability or output of third-party services.
What your child makes
Games, cartoons, songs and other projects your family creates in the course belong to you, subject to the terms of the tools used to make them. If you share a project with us and give permission, we may show it on our site or social media; you can ask us to remove it at any time.
Our content
The course, videos, text, characters and design are owned by Make Show Lab LLC and protected by copyright and other laws.
Disclaimers and liability
The course is provided “as is”. Results depend on each family’s effort and on third-party tools, so we can’t guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Make Show Lab LLC is organized, and applicable US federal law. Questions: nova@makeshowlab.com.
